My daughter called Long’s Certified Plumbing Services for an emergency toilet leak. Mark showed up quickly, a couple of hours after the call. He was able to diagnose the problem caused by a toilet repair made months earlier for a leak that had penetrated the wall. Mark found the unsolved problem and fixed it, charging a very reasonable price. He also helped with the repair of the drywall and sideboard that had been left in need of repair after the first leak. Mold was starting to form inside the wall. Mark put us in touch with a good and reasonable drywall repairman and helped us save thousands of dollars estimated by another company. I strongly recommend Long’s Plumbing company because it’s an honest family run business that solves problems at a reasonable price. Mark went beyond the scope of his emergency call and truly cared to help us. He was extremely courteous, respectful, and efficient. He provided better service than we expected. We are planning to have Long’s solve other plumbing problems in our house.

Fast, neat, honest, and thorough. Found an underlying issue that will save us hundreds of dollars down the road, when he could have just let us continue to buy parts from him over and over after they got destroyed. Great family owned business. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. They came same day to help us out. Mark Long and his son are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They are a pleasure to deal with. They replaced a very old toilet for me, which proved to have installation problems since the home was built. At no extra charge, they resolved the existing issue as best they could before replacing my toilet. I’m very pleased with their service.

Highly recommend! Long’s Certified Plumbing was at my neighbors house when our landscapers cut our water line, so they kindly came over and immediately repaired the line at a great price. Couldn’t ask for better service! Will be reaching out again next time we have plumbing issues.

We had a leak in our yard. They came out and repiped our water lines outside the house. They did a great job and were very thorough with the repair. We also had an issue with our water heater and they came right out and replaced it. Did a wonderful job. We will be using them again for any plumbing needs.
